The Avid/Candlewood Suites hotel in Richmond Hill, situated on Highway 17, is a four-story, 54,677-square-foot property with 109 guest rooms and 132 parking spaces. Owned by Fidelity Management Group and designed by BASE4, the property will feature a spacious lobby, fitness center, dining space, laundry facilities, a large entrance canopy, and a back covered lounge area complete with a gazebo.
